By accessing or using Syntral's services, including our IntelHawk and Competito.rs modules, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Description of Services

Syntral provides a centralized business intelligence platform that integrates:

• IntelHawk: Cyber threat intelligence, dark web monitoring, and brand protection
• Competito.rs: Competitive intelligence, price monitoring, and market analysis
• Syntral Command Center: Unified dashboard and reporting

3. Account Requirements

To use our services, you must:

• Be a representative of a legally registered business entity
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Engage in unauthorized data collection or scraping
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use the platform for any illegal competitive intelligence activities

5. Service Level Agreement

Syntral commits to 99.9% platform uptime for enterprise customers. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance. Service credits may be issued for extended downtime as outlined in your enterprise agreement.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Syntral, including but not limited to software, algorithms, designs, and documentation, are owned by Syntral and protected by intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Syntral shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days written notice. Syntral reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms immediately.
